
冯矛,城乡规划学博士,深耕城乡蓝绿基础设施智慧规划、流域人居环境可持续发展领域,发表多篇国内外高水平期刊论文,深度参与过战略规划、总体城市设计、总规实施评估、控制性详细规划、海绵城市建设、历史遗产保护等规划实践项目,多次指导学生在国家级、省部级等规划设计竞赛中获奖。主讲本科课程《规划设计初步》、《城市总体规划设计》、《规划设计快题与表现》;主讲研究生课程《城市设计理论与方法》。曾获重庆大学优秀本科毕业生、优秀毕业设计等荣誉。
